- Bachelor or Master in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering /Information Technology, Automotive Engineering
- Working experience in performing seat simulation according to test cases .
- Familiar to the tooling used in automotive development and simulation, e.g. MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), Catia, ANSA, VCP (ESI), PAM-Crash, Animator, Prodsig, Gurtmodul, CMC (VW-Check-Tools), better to know SDM, Umform-Solver, Optimierer, Python etc.
- Experienced with seat related test&simulation methodology and requirements
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written & spoken; German will be a plus Supporting throughout the VCTC EK development standards and processes in the project activities:

Management and coordination of work packages in the development of seating structures, headrests, armrests and vehicle bodies.
