We Need You to:
1.Assist in handling daily on-site product technical issues, propose solutions, and ensure the effectiveness of the solutions.
2.Write and review external communication documents, such as Root Cause Analysis, technical explanation letters, and technical clarification letters.
3.Address anomalies in contractually agreed operational metrics by formulating improvement measures and ensuring their implementation.
4.Participate in the review of key cases, support the formulation of overall strategies based on contract risks and defect penalties.
5.Assist in communicating with clients, identify and address key client needs, and provide technical support.
We Expect You to:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, Electronic Engineering, Composite Materials and Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or related fields.(Graduated between 2024 and 2026 is ok)
2.Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
3.Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
4.The excellent ability to handle stress, able to travel and provide on-site technical support for international projects.
5.Good innovative mindset, able to propose suggestions for improving products and processes.
6.English and mandarin as the working language, candidates with fluent mandarin background is must.
7.Internship experience in the energy industry, particularly in wind turbine engineering services and product development is preferred.
