Primary Responsibilities
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities at franchise hotels and provide suggestions to hotel General Managers
- Guide franchise hotels on effective channels management including direct web and or third-party channels at hotels
- Conduct hotel reviews and audits to ensure franchise hotels are operating according to Accor standards
- Partner with the operations team to oversee the implementation and execution of Accor commercial programs and standards, including Best Rate Guarantee Policy
- Review the hotels' operating process and system setup to optimize reservation fees from Franchise hotels
- Provide recommendations to Franchise hotels on how to leverage the Accor Sales and Marketing tools and training
- Oversee new franchise hotel openings
- Manage the hotel compliance of Accor's defined Loyalty Operating Standards to ensure Loyalty Fees are optimized at all Franchise hotels
- Participate in the corporate budgeting and rolling forecasting progress of franchise hotels
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of experience in hotel industry
- Language Requirement: Fluent in Mandarin and English(verbal and written) is a must.
- Good interpersonal and team working skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Strong understanding of market influences and impacts on supply and demand
- Excellent data analysis capability
- Power Point design, good presentation and influencing skills
- Flexible, able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative in a dynamic environment
