We are looking for a
Product Quality Manager
to maintain and enhance quality standards, develop control processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives that ensure compliance and excellence across the full range of home products, including cookware, tableware, glassware, ceramics, home textiles, sanitary ware, and storage accessories.

Tasks that await you:

  • Product quality and compliance management

You will develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality standards and specifications for all home product categories. You will also evaluate product function, durability, and performance against established standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Supplier and manufacturing excellence

You will plan and conduct supplier audits and factory assessments to evaluate manufacturing capabilities and social compliance. You will also oversee onsite production management at key supplier locations, focusing on process control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will also include managing First Article Inspection (FAI) and production sample approval.

  • Inspection and quality control

You will define AQL levels and inspection criteria, lead or coordinate quality inspectors and third-party agencies, and analyze inspection data to identify trends. You will also implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure consistent quality outcomes.

  • Customer feedback and continuous improvement

You will analyze customer reviews, returns, and complaints to identify quality issues and lead cross-functional investigations. You will also drive sustainable improvements in product design, manufacturing processes, and standards based on feedback data.

  • Project and cross-functional leadership

You will lead quality improvement projects from concept to completion, serve as a key liaison between R&D, design, sourcing, marketing, and supply chain teams, and keep senior management informed about quality status, risks, and insights.

We expect that you:

  • Can manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Are a proactive leader who can drive change and build strong relationships with teams and suppliers
  • Possess an analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Are willing to travel internationally up to 30–50% of the time (mainly to suppliers in China)
  • Are fluent in English

It'd be a plus if you:

  • Have deep knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes for cookware, tableware, glass, ceramics, home textiles, and sanitary ware
  • Are proficient in quality control methodologies (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis)
  • Have proven experience in factory auditing, supplier development, and onsite production management
  • Have proficiency languages other than English, such as Mandarin
  • Have experience working effectively with cross-country and cross-functional teams
