工作职责:
- Facilitate market intelligence: regularly collect data; set up marketing information data base; research the characteristics and trend of the industry.
- Develop and maintain a market sizing model: detailed by region down to city or direct level, and industry segment, etc.
- Win-loss & pricing analysis: provide branches with public bidding price info and monitor their data entry to ensure data accuracy and completeness in VIEW, regularly conduct win-loss and pricing analysis.
- Relevant marketing projects communication, coordination & implementation.
- Other assignments from direct superior.
任职条件:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Strong data analytics capabilities. More sales/bid driven experience, able to understand the real needs of front line and core business metrics (e.g. hit ratio)
- Working background in elevator industry will be plus.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading & writing.
- Familiar with MS Office s/w application, i.e. WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
- Strong information collection and data analysis skills. Good communication skills.
