该职位来源于猎聘 A brief summary of the provided position as below: This is a mission-critical role within our Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) program, where you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Voltage Class B (VCB) safety management system. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the highest standards of electrical and fire safety across BEV R&D, production, and testing operations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Regulatory Compliance: Identify and interpret national, local, and industry-specific regulations (electrical/fire safety) to ensure full compliance.
- Safety System Development: Establish and enhance the company's VCB safety and fire prevention management system, aligning with corporate workflows and methodologies.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct VCB operation process risk assessments and support development and implement control measures to minimize hazards.
- Machine Safety: Lead safety assessments for retrofitted and new equipment in BEV projects, ensuring adherence to high-voltage safety standards.
- Training & Competency: Develop and deliver VCB-specific safety training programs, while monitoring electrical safety competency of on-site personnel.
- Incident Management: Participate in VCB accident investigations and root-cause analyses to drive corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to VCB safety and fire prevention.
- Plant Safety Support: Support the team on electrical safety related matters. Education and/or Experience University education with relevant qualification. (Safety Engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering) 3 years of experience in the electric vehicle industry. Familiar with the regulations and technical knowledge related to VCB. Familiar with safety and fire prevention laws and regulations. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic knowledge of safety management. Good digital, analytical, problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal, communication and training skill. Good office software skills.
