Job Summary:

The Sales Management Specialist will assist in the development and execution of sales operations across the Australia and APAC markets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and contributing to a high-performance team through effective workflows, collaboration, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Management

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals in Australia and the APAC region.
  • Support pricing strategies to ensure alignment with cost structures and competitive positioning specific to local markets.
  • Contribute to budget planning and monitoring for marketing and sales activities, including demand forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Help manage VOP (Volume, Objectives, Performance): Support KPI setting, conduct performance analysis, and assist in designing incentive schemes.

Commercial Contracting and Execution Management

  • Assist in bidding management and support contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, and compliance in accordance with local regulations.
  • Participate in contract review processes to help mitigate risks and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure efficient execution of commercial processes tailored to the APAC markets.
  • Maintain customer management systems, including client profiling, tiering, and CRM optimization.

Process Optimization & Systems Integration

  • Support efforts to standardize and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency across the Australia and APAC teams.
  • Assist in strengthening compliance frameworks for global sales activities within the region.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance system integrations that facilitate real-time, data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of the APAC business landscape.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support sales performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales process optimization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.
