  • Design and implement sales strategy
  • Develop opportunities with a focus on increasing market share and identifying new opportunities for Sulzer.
  • Cooperate with related departments to deliver Order intake results to meet annual targets.
  • Learn and follow Sulzer global sales process for licensing and aftermarket.
  • Techno-commercial engagement of clients to offer Sulzer technologies to conceptualize project originations and development formal proposal preparation right from conception to various stage gates of client project approval.
  • Develop co-workers and customers' understanding of technology/application
  • Establish a customer-focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and develop new customers.
  • Prepare commercial proposal and commercial terms incorporation in agreements and structuring deals with clients Qualifications:
  • Solid knowledge of refinery and petrochemical industry with basic understanding of configurations, recognized as an expert in this area.
  • Basic technical understanding to read technical proposals and build competency in long term.

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
  • The ideal candidate has relevant sales experience in licensing and is passionate about technology, customer relationships, and results.

  • Good negotiation and influencing skills.
