- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Have the work experience in thermal module companies or factories.
- Skillful in thermal module design and testing for consumer electronics or related industries.
Responsibilities
- Thermal module design incorporated with heat pipe and vapor chamber.
- Thermal test fixture design, test setup and define pass / fail criteria of test.
- Execute data collection and analysis.
- Failure analysis on thermal module, heat pipe and vapor chamber related issues.
- Summarize thermal test results in comprehensive reports.
- Short period of travel for vendor visit.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years work experience in thermal module companies or factories.
- Skillful in thermal module design and testing for consumer electronics or related industries.
- Good knowledge of two phase flow thermal components, like heat pipe and vapor chamber.
- Good data analysis and independent failure analysis ability.
- Good English written and oral communication skill.
- Capable of working independently. Self-motivated individual.
- Experience of using data analysis tool (JMP, miniTab, etc.) is a plus.
- Some basic coding skill (C++, Perl, python, etc.) is a plus.
