该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责:
– To manage standard process flow and lesson learn;
管理标准流程和 设计经验分享学习; – Periodly share the trouble shooting experience to team to prevent similar issue happen again;
定期分享解决问题的经验给团队,防止类似问题再次发生; – To work with process engineering and design engineering to update the process guideline and design rule if any problem be fixed because process or design changed;
与工艺工程和NPE合作,更新工艺规范和设计规则, 及时解决生产反馈的设计和制程问题. –To work with NPE to improve the prototype yield , make sure the prototype with high yield performance before it be transfered to mass production;
负责配合NPE提高小样的良率,在转量产前确保高良率的执行。 – Continue monitor the defect distribution and work out dedicate solution to improve the yield;
持续控制缺陷状态和提出解决方案来提高产量的贡献; – Continue work with PE/PD team to follow TMC strategy and progress to improve the efficiency, cost down, study&improve process capability.
持续与PE / PD团队按照TMC策略,提高效率,降低成本,努力提高过程能力。 –Maintain and develop design rule and other relational document control functions.
保持和发展的设计规则和其他相关文件的控制功能。 –Handle Lesson learnt activity and prepare 8D report.
处理Lesson learnt和准备8D报告 –Communicate with customer and in-house related department .
与客户和公司内部相关部门的沟通 岗位要求:–College or above
本科上学历 –With flex process or design experience at least 6 years or above 8 years in PCB manufacturing.
柔板工艺/ 设计工作经验至少6年以上, 或者在PCB制造业8年。 –Familiar with computer/PC skill.
熟悉计算机技能。 –Good written English and good at oral English.
良好的书面英语和英语口语 。 –Familiar with PCB/FPCB Design and production/process workflow .
熟悉PCB/FPCB设计和生产/工艺流程 –Familiar with AutoCAD and CAM / Genflex /VUVsoftware.
熟悉 CAM, AutoCAD , Genflex ,VUV 软件的应用 –Good management skills, 2+ years management experience.
良好的管理技能,两年以上管理经验
–Familiar with ISO procedure. know RoHS
熟悉ISO 程序, RoHS –Master quality-tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA,MSA etc.
掌握APQP, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA五大工具
–Team player , fast learner , responsible person , neat and patient / organize way of working habit
