Job Description
- Deploy appropriate BPS & CIP tools by providing training & coaching to all organization levels
- Moderate system improvement workshop to drive the development of lean value stream
- Perform BPS Maturity Assessments periodically to evaluate plant's maturity level
- Support to create I4.0 blueprint with integration of BPS principles
- Moderate VSDiA workshop to design a waste-free process for functional departments
- Interface with external BPS, Digitalization & CIP organizations for exchanging best practice
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor or Master 's degree in Industrial engineering or Logistics/Supply chain management or related major
Working Experience
- Lean implementation experience, familiar with BPS is a plus
- Working experience in industrial company, cooperated with shopfloor leaders
- Project management experience
- Experience in providing training, coaching and moderation skill
- Have work experience in international enterprises is preferred
Knowledge/Skills
- Good lean Production/ Logistics and Six Sigma basic knowledge
- Familiar with Manufacturing / Logistics processes knowledge
- Good social competence with strong cooperation, presentation & communication skills
- Good analytical skill and structured working style
- High leadership competence, ability to inspire, empathize and motivate the team
- Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Visio, strong knowledge in PPT
Language Skill
- Good in English, verbal & written
