Job Responsibilities:
- Based on the company's strategic planning, combined with business pain points and challenges, systematically conduct organizational diagnosis using professional methods and tools, propose organizational optimization plans, opinions or suggestions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Promote the implementation of the company's organizational change projects, formulate change management plans, act as PMO for project management, collaborate with HRBPs and business departments to drive the smooth implementation of organizational development-related projects.
- Improve the job system, promote the establishment and improvement of capability standards for various career channels, and lay the foundation for talent management and development.
- Be responsible for the company's cadre management strategies and related regulations, conduct cadre team building and management, including cadre appointment, promotion, assessment, job rotation, and elimination, to activate organizational capabilities.
- According to the requirements of organizational capability building, collaborate with TM to manage organizational and talent inventory plans, identify key/core positions, promote and manage key talent echelon construction, and organize regular reviews.
- Establish a cultural implementation system, platform and related mechanisms to promote the overall implementation of corporate culture in the company.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from a Double First-Class university or above, with a bachelor's degree or higher; major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or related fields is preferred.
- 8+ years of work experience in the headquarters of large enterprises, with the following relevant experiences:
①Experience in organization development and talent management (OD/TM) or HRBP, with strong program design and implementation capabilities in OD or BP, and having led major/complex organizational development and change projects.
②Cross-industry/cross-functional experience and business work experience are preferred.
- Familiar with professional tools and methodologies in change management, organizational design, organizational diagnosis, cadre management, talent management, talent selection, and qualification system construction (familiar with at least 2-3 of them), with relevant practical work experience and flexible application ability.
- Proficient in facilitation skills and have experience in facilitating workshops.
- Strong business acumen, business understanding ability, and interpersonal sensitivity; good system analysis and review refinement ability, strong data analysis and logical thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills and project management skills.
- Excellent learning ability, with strong transferability of knowledge and abilities.
- Diligent and proactive, with strong self-motivation and ambition.
- Overall thinking, able to think and solve problems from the company and department perspective; meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, and closed-loop thinking.
岗位职责:

- 根据组织能力建设的要求,与TM协同管理组织与人才盘点计划,识别关键/核心岗位,推动并管理关键人员梯队建设及定期组织复盘
- 建立文化落地系统、平台和相关机制,推动企业文化在公司的整体落地
任职要求:
- 双一流及以上院校毕业,本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、组织行为学等相关专业优先;
- 8年及以上大型企业总部工作经历,具备如下相关经历:
①组织及人才管理领域(OD/TM)或HRBP工作经验,具备OD或BP领域较强的方案设计及落地能力,主导过重大/复杂的组织发展变革项目
②有跨行业/跨职能经历、有业务工作经验优先考虑;
- 熟悉变革管理、组织设计、组织诊断、干部管理、人才管理、人才选拔、任职资格体系建设等的专业工具及方法论(熟悉其中至少2-3种),有相关的实操工作经验并能灵活运用;
- 熟悉引导技能,有引导工作坊的相关经验;
- 具有较强的商业思维、业务理解能力及人际敏感度;具备良好的系统分析及复盘提炼能力、数据分析及逻辑思维能力强;
- 优秀的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力;
- 具备优秀的学习能力,知识与能力的可迁移性强;
