JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and execute the product line strategy to achieve strategic and financial objectives, guide R&D direction, and enhance brand value through market research, product requirement management, technical support, product promotion, and key customer project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market and customer research for the
driveline lubricant additives
product line. Formulate the development strategy, and coordinate with R&D and Technical Service teams for implementation, while aligning with Sales to achieve financial targets. - Oversee the
full product lifecycle management
for driveline additives, including product positioning, portfolio upgrades, and setting goals for new product development. - Lead product promotion initiatives, including the development of sales toolkits and training, key account promotion plans, and technical presentations at industry events.
- Manage key customer projects related to driveline additives, overseeing project progress and coordinating with R&D for successful product implementation and approval.
- Lead pre-sales technical discussions and promotional activities. Support strategic customer relationship development and maintain key account relationships within the product line.
- Collaborate with the OEM team to manage and advance
driveline lubricant approval and co-engineering projects
with OEM partners. - Develop and deliver technical training on driveline additives to customers and internal teams, coordinating with R&D for advanced technical content.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management or technical management experience within the lubricant additives industry, specifically with a focus on driveline applications. Prior experience at a top-tier lubricant additive company is required.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
