We are looking for Service Leader - IT, we rely on you to:

  • Contributes advanced expertise in technology and comprehensive hospitality business knowledge to support hotel operation;
  • Implements and monitors technology systems while ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.
  • Oversees all aspects of hotel technology, including planning, decision-making, implementation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Maintains and manages the hotel's network infrastructure, coordinating with hardware and system suppliers for maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Provides technical support to both guests and internal staff, resolving technical issues in accordance with the policy and procedure.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • College or above in computer science
  • Good sense of customer service
  • One year experience in operating or opening hotels
  • Strong sense of responsibilities
