The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and documentation of new product ideas. By maintaining a good customer and market knowledge, this candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for the overall fiber optical connectivity products
- Product roadmap and strategy
- Cost and profit control
- Product development schedule control
- Support Data Center business development, include cable assembly, shuffle module and high speed AOC
- Coordinate resource ensure project schedule meet request
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a product manager or superintendent in an engineering department
- Good knowledge or experience of Silicon Photonics and Laser diode
