ECommerce KA sales Manager
location: Beijing

Purpose of Position
Manage the daily operation of B2B,2C e-commerce business, keep good communication and cooperative relationships with KA customers, achieve sales targets and expand channels

Key Accountabilities

  • Ali Flagship Store business part operation and management
  • Responsible for 100% sales target achievement of the store, manage daily operation of the business.
  • Plan and implement daily or major promotion activities on the platform
  • Negotiation with KA, including but not limited on contracts, orders, fees, and activities.
  • Daily communication and customer relationship maintenance with platform core personnel.
  • Track and manage the purchase, sale and inventory of direct customers, accounts, and expenses.
  • Explore channel potential and develop innovative sales opportunities based on different channel characteristics, including but not limited to brand alliances, cross-category cooperation, and the exploration of new retail channels.2. Management of go direct business part middle and back-end operations
  • Supply chain [Demand plan(DP) & order management (OMS)]

Collaborate closely with the TP team and supply chain team to oversee purchasing, sales, and inventory management. And collaborate with the TP team to jointly process and manage customer orders.

  • Finance supports

Customer bill reconciliation and regular operation on account. Monitor and manage customer accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Internal budget management.3. Data analysis and business insights

  • Understand and be familiar with the e-commerce market environment and industry trends
  • Effectively monitor core competitive products
  • Actively look for new business opportunities

Capabilities , Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum 5 years online KA management experience (B2C direction)
  • Innovative business thinking and successful experience
  • Rigorous data analysis and business insights
  • Good communication skills and logical business thinking
  • Attention to details, innovative spirit, and continuous learning ability
  • Good team spirit
  • Bachelor's degree or above educational background.
  • More than 3 years of e-commerce experience, including no less than 3 years of B2C platform management experience.
  • Applicants under 35 years old, with good English writing and speaking skills will be given priority
