Responsibility
As an Accounting Manager, you will:

Lead accounting team to perform month, quarter and year-end closing in compliance with IFRS and CAS;
Implementing corporate accounting policies and procedures;
Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and account analysis;
Participate in the preparation and process of the annual audit, tax filing;
Liaise and coordinate our banking relationships and activity; Liaise and coordinate our tax activities and relationship;
Play an integral role in the continued development, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the company's financial accounting systems;
Manage the AP, AR, FA, GL. Prepare all financial statements (P&L, B/S, Cash flow);
Responsible for calculation and filing of sales and income tax for various tax authorities;
Coach and develop accounting team;
Work on multiple complex projects owning the process from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy.

Competency

A university degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting; CPA preferred;
10 years accounting experience; Public Accounting experience preferred;
Strong knowledge of IFRS and CAS including experience in the preparation of financial statements;
Exposure to SAP and HFM accounting systems a plus;
A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and a good team leader;
Excellent communication, written, and oral skills. Good command of English both oral and written;
Must show accountability, be a team player and operate with a sense of urgency;
Able to travel between Suzhou, Beijing and Wuxi on monthly basis;
