- Support customer via hotline, Remote Service, Wechat to solve machine problems. 通过服务热线、微信平台等给客户提供支持,解决机械设备的问题。

- Troubleshooting and maintenance of corrugated machines at customer site 在客户处维修维护瓦楞机械设备
- Advising / recommendation on spare parts, maintenance and other service products to customer. 给客户提供备件,维护或其他服务产品的建议或意见
- Train customer regarding operation, maintenance and spare parts knowledge. 培训客户操作,维护设备以及相关的备件知识

- Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor 完成主管安排的其他任务和工作 Requirements任职要求:
- Mechanical engineering background, college above. 机械工程学背景,大专以上学历。 2. 3 years above field experience of on-site installation/maintenance/troubleshooting to heavy duty machines in multi-national company. 3年以上现场维修维护重型机械的经验。
- Be able to work under pressure, committed, dedicated and conscientious。 能够在压力下工作,忠诚,敬业,有责任心。
- Willing to travel 愿意经常出差。
- Good communication skills. 良好的沟通能力。
- Good English spoken and written. 良好的英文水平(书面、口语)
