Design the process and manufacturing roadmap basing on new project design and production constructors
Set up the PLC control program into the automation line and do the regular maintenance basing on the requirement of efficiency and quality improvement
Design the PFMEA basing on products and process, do the regular review with team
Work with product engineering team to analyze the DFA/DFM basing on the automation production line constructors
Work with Program team to introduce the new projects into automation line within schedule
Work with ATT team to evaluate the new automation line design or existed automation line upgrade
Support sample building and delivery basing on the delivery requirement
Other jobs assignment from ME department Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor degree, at least 3 years above experience of mechanical design and automation control
Be familiar with the automation design and control on customized machine or production line.
Be familiar with PLC control program setup and maintenance.
Be familiar with defective phenomenon analysis in automation assembly process
Have good experience of efficiency optimization in automation production line
Have good experience of mechanical design SW usage (Auto CAD or Solid works)
