KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Create scheduled SO, support engineers on SMS/TimeWriting/Call Handling errors and issues solving

Generate all kinds of reports and supply data analysis, like OSO, labor hours usage, parts usage, local solving rate, Install base, Contract list etc..

Deliver SAP relevant training to engineers as key user

Co-work with CS manager and AM / SBM on quotations, commercial contracts preparation

Spare parts, Billable parts sales, quotation preparation , margin, approval process, sales order creation

Billable labor sales, quotation preparation, margin, approval process

PO recognition, approval, booking and filing

Close communication with customer, co-work with finance and CSCM on invoice, goods shipment, AR….

Support commercial contract quotation preparation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor degree

3-5 working experience

COMPETENCES:

Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment

Good customer skills

Good English language skills both verbal and written

Good team player who is committed to the success of ASML

Motivated, pro-active, self-driven and flexible

SAP Experience Will Be Preferred
Familiar with the Microsoft office for report and update, such as: word/excel/ppt and data analysis
