您的主要职责
Global Position Name: Supplier Quality Eng. (SQMS)
- Participation in technical review, RLA and sourcing decision meeting
- Lead and Ensure the implementation of all APQP elements acc. to standard on project level at supplier site
- Monitor and manage OTS, PPAP production, including measurement harmonity, audit, initiation & monitoring of corrective actions
- Manage & monitor the safe launch plan process
- Supplier audits: product audits, fly audits, process audits; make corrective actions based on audit findings at supplier site;
- Key suppliers or focus suppliers improvement plan development & following ;
- Execution and coordination of internal measures within the supplier complaint, block materials management, problem analysis
- Coordination of complaint corrective actions of 8D
- Develop sorting WI for CSL & 100% sorting & 3rd Party sorting process
您的任职资格
- Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related.
- 3+ years' experience in rubber sealing parts in Auto products.
- Good knowledge of Supplier quality management system, tools, international standards and customer quality requirements (e.g., IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, VDA and etc.)
- Good problem-solving skills, able to apply effective problem-solving methodology, including 8D/3x5WHY and other critical tools.
- Good process improvement knowledge and skills (continuous improvement, lean knowledge, 6δ, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong personality and capable to work under pressure.
- Proficient in English.
- Good PC application skills (MS office).
- Highest business ethics and conduct.
