  • Work with HQ and Distribution team to manage the seasonal orders for DG wholesale clients in China;
  • Coordinate with HQ, Shipping team and warehouse to follow up deliveries to wholesale clients;
  • Coordinate with Finance team to follow up the deposit and delivery payment from clients in due date;
  • Handle after-sales claim requests from the clients: defectives, spare parts, request on specific information/documents etc.
  • Manage the repair operations for defective stock of all channels, including coordinating with the repair workshop, following up on the repair process, and ensuring timely delivery back to warehouse.
  • Analyze repair and claim data to identify trends, providing insights to HQ and relevant departments for product quality improvement and process optimization.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager or related to DG China wholesale business. Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree;
  • At least 5 years working experience, with 3+ years in customer service in textile/fashion industry;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and English skills;
  • Strong ability in communication, coordination and execution, sense of urgency;
  • Good sprite of cooperation in team work.
