该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the advanced quality planning of new project and engineering change for single component of sub-supplier including outsourcing. Ensure all the required documents are prepared in a timely manner at different phases of APQP.
- Responsible for PPAP release of single components for sub-supplier with involving SDE team.
- Incoming Inspection plan creating in the SAP for single components together with Quality Planner and implementation together with technician by involving SDE teams.
- Be responsible for the incoming inspection roll-out, in case of any deviation found during the incoming inspection, take corresponding countermeasures, and make the decision for the non-conformity parts.
- Handle the supplier claims and monitor the supplier 8D report with root cause and improvement actions together with supplier by involving SDE team in case of any necessarily, in meanwhile verify the effectiveness by supplier countermeasures.
- As plant contact window, together with SDE team to review the supplier APQP status for single components of each project.
- Assure the daily quality management process to the requirement of directives from Corporate, Division and Business Unit.
- Tasks assigned by line manager. Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience in quality area in automotive industry.
- Bachelor degree or above with Engineering background
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Familiarity with machining (gears), electronic components or cold extrusion formed parts is preferred
