  • Lead the interior fit out / decoration project team and manage project by following defined project process and system, ensuring successful project completion and handover within specified timeframe, stipulated budget and with high quality;
  • Carry out the projects with assessing tendering, negotiating contract, assembling project team, monitoring site activities and achieving project deliverables;
  • Deliver the project in accordance with the scope of services in the consultancy agreement and execute them from beginning to completion to the satisfaction of the client
  • Serve as the key contact for communication and coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, field start-up, manufacturing status, installation and maintenance, defect rectification, variation issues;
  • Support the project team throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide and mentor project team members as required.
  • Prepare and organize tender and provide assessment with a recommendation for selection of suppliers, including design, contractors, Jianli, other consultants and suppliers.
  • Carry out regular attendance on project meetings and site visits, review progress and assess quality and conformity of the design and construction works with the project requirements
  • Follow internal procedure and manage project administration systems for the projects under control
  • Support the internal lines of business where and when required

Requirements

  • Prefer Bachelor's degree in interior design, related construction discipline or mechanical& electrical engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work in retail store/commercial/office projects fit out and decoration management
  • Competency in using design and engineering software, such as CAD or similar software. Must have the ability to provide preliminary test fit plan or other conceptual plans when required.
  • Background knowledge and understanding of the applicable regulatory procedures, authorities and approvals
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical and computer-literate with proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent personal presentation and genuine desire and ability to participate and positively promote and represent the business at industry functions, events, client meetings, project bids and interview, and in informal / social engagement as part of business development activities
  • Client focused with excellent customer services skills
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and positive attitude
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Can accept the business travel.
