- 大专及以上学历(机械/焊接/汽车及相关专业);
College degree or above(major in mechanical/welding/automotive or related fields);
- 1年以上焊接装配工艺相关工作经验,有跨国汽车行业公司同类工作经验者优先;
With over 1-year correlative assembly process experience, related experience in multinational automotive company is preferred;
- 良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力;
Good verbal and written communication skill in English;
- 良好的焊接/装配专业知识;
Excellent welding & assembly professional skills;
- 熟悉焊接设备基本操作与基本原理;
Familiar with basic operating and principle of welding equipment;
- 熟悉焊接工装夹具并具备调整能力;
Proficiency in welding fixture & adjustable ability;
- 良好的尺寸/形位公差及相关知识;
Excellent GD&T and related skills;
- 了解CMM测量基本知识并能准确理解CMM测量结果;
Good knowledge of CMM and accurate comprehension of CMM reports;
- 良好的读图能力与AutoCAD绘图能力;
Excellent skills on CAD drawing;
- 良好的分析问题、解决问题能力;
Excellent skills on analyzing and solving problems;
- 良好的沟通技巧(书面与口头);
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal);
- 具有一定承受压力的能力;
Strong ability to take pressure;
- 熟练操作计算机办公软件;
Proficient in computer application such as Microsoft;
