Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support our Regional Finance Director in overseeing financial operations;analysis;and strategic planning for our client account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management;excellent analytical skills;and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced;client-focused environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis (Client and Corporate JLL)

  • Assist in overseeing and coordinating annual budget setting and forecasting cycles
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
  • Identify trends;risks;and opportunities in financial data
  • Prepare financial reports for management and clients

Client Relationship Management

  • Support the Regional Finance Director in managing client relationships
  • Ensure delivery of financial services in line with contractual requirements
  • Work with clients to manage total costs and identify savings opportunities

Invoice Payment & Processing

  • Oversee and ensuring: Processing and payment of all property operating expenditure invoices;in accordance with legal obligations
  • Accountable for the timely coordination of the Jones Lang LaSalle invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable
  • Working with the team / Shared Service Centre and operations team to meet client deliverables

Process Improvement and Compliance

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and maintained
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards;regulations;and audit requirements

Others

  • Support any financial evaluation and decision-making
  • Contribute to creating a collaborative work environment
  • And other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance;Accounting;or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Knowledge of regulatory/statutory requirements and governance principles
  • Experience working in a multi-country or regional organization is a plus
  • Background in real estate or facilities management is advantageous
