Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support our Regional Finance Director in overseeing financial operations;analysis;and strategic planning for our client account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management;excellent analytical skills;and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced;client-focused environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis (Client and Corporate JLL)
- Assist in overseeing and coordinating annual budget setting and forecasting cycles
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
- Identify trends;risks;and opportunities in financial data
- Prepare financial reports for management and clients
Client Relationship Management
- Support the Regional Finance Director in managing client relationships
- Ensure delivery of financial services in line with contractual requirements
- Work with clients to manage total costs and identify savings opportunities
Invoice Payment & Processing
- Oversee and ensuring: Processing and payment of all property operating expenditure invoices;in accordance with legal obligations
- Accountable for the timely coordination of the Jones Lang LaSalle invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable
- Working with the team / Shared Service Centre and operations team to meet client deliverables
Process Improvement and Compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and maintained
- Support the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards;regulations;and audit requirements
Others
- Support any financial evaluation and decision-making
- Contribute to creating a collaborative work environment
- And other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance;Accounting;or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client relationship management
- Knowledge of regulatory/statutory requirements and governance principles
- Experience working in a multi-country or regional organization is a plus
- Background in real estate or facilities management is advantageous
