Our team is responsible for developing a leading e-commerce enterprise throughout the Asian market. In the capacity of a salesperson, you will collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to drive our Paid Service sales objectives. You will be expected to define overarching goals and strategies for your role, engage in problem-solving, articulate and execute tactical plans, and manage key business metrics. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Engagement & Sales: Deeply explore potential suppliers, provide targeted paid service solutions, and achieve sales KPIs. Understanding of the Business: A deep understanding of the value, strategy, structural framework, strengths, and weaknesses of the products being sold, and the ability to independently and confidently respond to customer inquiries or provide helpful advice related to product purchases. Sales Management: Lead the management of the internal sales channel and funnel, expand/broaden channels to accelerate and increase the inflow of leads, continuously find ways to improve the conversion rate, track the contracting, payment, and renewal processes. External Channel Management: Expand and cooperate with cross-border e-commerce service providers and industry associations to maintain external sales channels and build program visibility within the industry. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal & external cross-functional/stakeholder teams to ensure efficient program implementation and establish a sustainable lead incubation mechanism. Program Optimization: Collect customer satisfaction feedback to drive program upgrades and optimizations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher.Possess the basic English language skills. 5+ years of experience in sales or business development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently and concisely influence both internal and external partners. Proven experience in cultivating customer relationships and proactively addressing negative feedback. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment. A collaborative self-starter capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Good at Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and communication. Industry experience in cross-border e-commerce, international supply chain, or account management is a plus.
