- Conduct overall planning and management of regional partner sourcing product projects in alignment with BSH product development process (PDP), with a special focus on project milestones (M0-M8), project/product costs, and product quality. 依据 BSH 产品开发流程(PDP),对区域合作伙伴采购产品项目进行整体规划与管理,重点关注项目里程碑(M0-M8)、项目 / 产品成本及产品质量。
- Manage OEM suppliers by adapting their processes to BSH Product Development Process, while balancing information transparency and BSH know-how protection. 对 OEM 供应商进行管理,使其流程与 BSH 产品开发流程相适配,同时平衡信息透明度与 BSH 专有技术保护。
- Perform product lifecycle management to implement variant application, quality improvement engineering changes, and phase-in & phase-out. 开展产品全生命周期管理,实施变体应用、质量改进工程变更以及产品导入与淘汰。
- Lead feasibility studies on new concepts for new business cases, including supplier and product screening, technical and financial feasibility analysis, design for manufacturing, and schedule briefing, etc. 主导新业务案例的新概念可行性研究,包括供应商和产品筛选、技术与财务可行性分析、可制造性设计及进度简报等。
- Control and report project status to relevant stakeholders and management (including Project Review Meetings (PRM), Project Jour Fixe, and other project meetings), and manage the overall information flow among internal and external stakeholders. 向相关利益方和管理层汇报项目状态(包括项目评审会(PRM)、项目定期会议及其他项目会议),并管理内外部利益相关方之间的整体信息流。 Qualifications 任职要求
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration;
工程学或工商管理学士或硕士学位。
- Project Management Certification is a plus. 拥有项目管理认证者优先 3.3-5 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Development or other departments in a manufacturing environment;
