该职位来源于猎聘 Reporting directly to MR Directors, your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects from start to completion ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards o Lead the internal and external project kick off meetings o Develop and manage project work plans, including defining objectives, allocation of tasks, time, people and budget o Oversee the work of junior team members and external vendors, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Research Design & Execution:
  • Develop questionnaires or discussion guides for different target interview groups o Screen the respondent and sample distribution to meet specified requirements o Qualitative IDI: moderate interviews and probe answers to meet objectives o Quantitative survey: train the vendor and monitor the implementation of surveys, quality control and data cleaning o Conduct primary and secondary research, including data collection and analysis
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Design the storyline according to the preliminary research o Analyse and interpret market research data, identifying key insights and trends o Client ready reports: ensure reports are close to client ready for final review by Sales Lead o Develop clear and concise reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to clients o Translate market research findings into actionable strategic recommendations
  • Post project management: o Close project follow-ups within a month of final reports o Conduct post project reflection meetings to ensure all project documents are submitted and lessons are learnt from past projects
  • Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner o Present research findings and recommendations to clients, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Business Development: o Proposal: comprehend RFP to design the research approach and draft the proposal o MR capabilities: identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's market research capabilities
  • Industry Expertise: o Maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. o Stay abreast of new market research methodologies and technologies. Requirements:  Three to seven years of experience in healthcare market research (pharmaceutical is preferred), business consulting, or project management  Familiar with primary research methodologies, tools and techniques, especially AI tools  Previous experience of conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews to collect market information is essential  Ability to read and present in English is a must  Ability to work under pressure with short turnaround times  Ability to mentor and motivate team members  Self-sufficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word  Excellent writing and communication skills  University degree in healthcare, biological sciences or business related
