Job Description

  • Develop the business in specific areas of China, related products are including DCS, QCS, Profiler, Machine Vision, Machine Vibration Analysis, Optimizer, Analyzer, Consistency and Industry Internet etc.
  • Develop customer install base and market coverage, understand customer and know their needs and modes of operation;
  • Possess strong business acumen to identify sales opportunities, make sales strategy to identify required actions and achieve sales targets;
  • Demonstrate strong ability to establish deeper relationships with customers at multiple levels;
  • Research and report on competitive market situation, sales prospects, and competition in the region;
  • Define tender procedures and conduct sales negotiations to close deals;
  • Ensure profitable sales by achieving set gross margins and implementing the company's sales and delivery process development, following agreed review practices;
  • Others

  • All other tasks assigned by line manager or company

  • Understands and strictly follows Company's Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
  • Have awareness of local relevant quality system.

Job Requirement

  • Over 3 years of working experience as sales; experience in a pulp & paper mill is preferred
  • Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in Automation or P&P
  • Strong ability to identify sales opportunities, build and maintain good relationships with customers, and conduct critical negations to secure sales deals.
  • Good at English communication, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of Valmet automation systems and products
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently
