Enablement Associate Manager

Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:

  • Lead APAC Change Agent Network (CAN)

  • work closely with corporate CAN team on content/ structure/ meeting cadence/ etc.

  • create and/or translate content as needed and keep SharePoint updated as appropriate
  • deliver presentations and host weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings
  • provide consistently relevant network updates via email or Teams
  • check in on/support local change agents and request feedback
  • recruit new members as needed
  • provide updates to corp team and local leadership on program and progress

  • Assist in the establishment of GC Sales Operations enablement initiative in APAC

  • work closely with corporate enablement team to learn framework

  • socialize project with local leaders to gain alignment
  • evaluate current APAC structure to understand which teams sit where and do what
  • communicate initiative goals
  • run evaluation engagements
  • create or maintain engagement related documents (kick off, closing, dashboards)
  • Update shared resource hub with key documents
  • manage performance metrics

  • Serve as point of contact for corporate quality program manager

Job Complexity

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for training, reporting, and collaboration
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team and build strong, trusting relationships with other teams/departments
  • Capacity to execute strategies that align with business goals and drive growth
