  • Implement and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee PQC, FQC, outgoing, and shipping inspections to guarantee product conformity.
  • Manage non-conforming product disposition, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Conduct raw material inspections and ensure compliance with specifications. Customer Quality Management
  • Review contract files/customer specifications and coordinate special requirements with Engineering, Sales, and Purchasing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality requirements and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. 3 Maintain effective communication with third-party authorized agencies and customers. Production & Compliance Oversight
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality procedures and specifications.
  • Apply ASME/GB standards for pressure vessel manufacturing quality control.
  • Utilize PPAP where applicable. Team Leadership & Development
  • Hire, train, coach, and evaluate quality team members.
  • Develop and mentor subordinates to enhance quality inspection and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. Continuous Improvement
  • Drive initiatives to achieve quality goals through process optimization and defect reduction.
  • Implement best practices in quality control and assurance to enhance operational efficiency. Skills/Competencies:
  • Fluent in both written and oral English.
  • Excellent management skills and working proactively with colleagues.
  • Having an in-depth appreciation of the theory and practice of a process area (Internal, External).
  • Developing relationships with colleagues in production, planning, SCM, engineering, customers, and other disciplines.
  • Having competent presentation skills. Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, engineering, or material years of working experience in a quality department and managing subordinates.
  • 10+ years' working experience in quality management, process quality control, quality cost and customer service.
  • Familiar with ISO9001, 14001,45001
  • Familiar with 8D, 7 QC, SPC tools
  • TS16949 knowledge is preferred
  • ASME, PED, GB, KGS knowledge is strongly preferred. 8. 6 Sigma is a plus.
