Your Focus
Focus on production process improvement, make process safer and keep product with high quality.
Where You'll Make a Difference
- Prepare Non-Process SOP.
- Daily process management on Safety, Quality and Yield performance.
- Prepare production plan and follow process order execution to make sure product delivery on time.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing Project such as Quick Win, Trouble Shooting, Cost Saving etc.
- Assistant with MT team to implement process improvement and NPD project.
What Makes You The Right Fit
- Bachelor or Master in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Working experience in fine chemical industry (fresh master's graduate is available).
- Good team sprite and communication skills.
