Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the overall business strategy
- Develop brand strategy and drive the business expansion
- Oversee all operations and direct & monitor planning and execution to achieve optimal financial performance; and competitive positioning
- Act as a change agent to continually 'transform' the business, and to achieve business goals

Requirements:
- 15+ years experience in the consumer goods/retail/lifestyle/FMCG industry industry, 2+ years of experience at the General Manager level
- Proven track record managing sizable business covering multiple markets
- Strong negotiation and presentations skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent commerical and management skills
