We are seeking a Tender Administrator to support our Commercial, compliance, and operational teams to manage end-to-end bidding and tendering process, ensuring competitive, compliant proposals and maximizing the probability of winning tender exercises and grow bookings from China State-Owned Enterprises (SOE).
Responsibilities:
- Tender Information Sourcing & Management Bid/No-Bid
- Decision Support Bid/Tender Document Preparation (Core Function)
- Bid Submission & Process Execution Post
- Submission Follow-up & Contracting Qualifications
