Distribution Sales Senior Engineer

Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Be responsible for the sales targets of designated channel partners for designated products and applications.
  • Work with designated Distributors to set up quarterly/annual business expansion plans and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • To drive distributor driving revenue growth and demand creations in mass market. and explore new market opportunities and emerging applications
  • Through full and effective mobilization, management and skill improvement to drive the effective resources of the designated Distributors to maximize the business of the designated product
  • Leveraging experience in embedded system technology, collaborate with the DFAE team and coordinate internal resources to drive the design-in and ultimately achieve mass production orders
  • Regularly evaluate and review the KPIs of the designated business of the designated Distributors, and enhance the product application knowledge and sales skills of the Distributor team through regular training, technical seminars and branch engagement, etc
  • To work with cross teams to implement distributor management strategy. Monitor mass market business status incl. forecast, backlog,shipment, etc.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in EE
  • 3+ years of working experience in electronic and electrical industry
  • 1+ years of practical working experience as an embedded system electronic engineer or hardware design engineer
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill for business propositions
  • Fluent written & oral English for business
  • Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external
