Major responsibilities:
1. Buying and Order Coordination
- Prepare OTB and buying plans each season on category and store level.
- Share market trend and buying guideline with Store Managers.
- Attend buying trips and supervise buying and order review on store level based on sales, stock and future development.
2. Routine Merchandising management
- Manage the product life cycle - delivery, launch, replenishment, transfer, reorder, phase out and season-end cancellation. Monitor performance and stock level and follow up with immediate action plans.
- Prepare regular sales and analysis report.
- Closely work with HQ for market update and product feedback.
- Have regular store visit for stock support and product knowledge.
- Provide merchandising support to other functional teams such as VM and Training.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects such as new store opening and seminars.
Requirements & Capabilities:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of merchandising/buying experience in fashion retail industry. Luxury experience is desirable.
- Highly self-motivated and detail-minded. Ability to drive performance and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skill with fashion sense.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese. French speaking is a plus.
- Proficient in information systems and Microsoft Office, particularly mastering Excel.
- Travel mobility (domestic and oversea).
