Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Management
- Lead the end - to - end recruitment process for all hotel departments, from defining job requirements to onboarding new hires. Identify talent gaps and develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top - tier candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry networks, to source potential candidates.

Language and Industry Requirements
