Job Title: Human Resources Manager (HRM) with a strong focus on Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Management

  • Lead the end - to - end recruitment process for all hotel departments, from defining job requirements to onboarding new hires. Identify talent gaps and develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top - tier candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry networks, to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with department heads for final interviews and selection.

Language and Industry Requirements

  • Proficiency in Cantonese is highly preferred as it enables effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders within the hotel, including local staff and guests.
  • Prior experience in the hotel industry is a significant advantage, as it provides in - depth knowledge of industry - specific recruitment needs and challenges.

Additional Duties

  • Collaborate with other HR functions, such as training and development, to ensure new hires receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time - to - hire and cost - per - hire.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time - management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
