Job Requirements
- Bachelor's (MBA a plus) in Business, Marketing or related.
本科以上学历,商科/市场相关专业(MBA优先)
- 5+ years proven BD/sales record with quota achievement; TIC industry experience preferred. 5年以上业务拓展/销售经验,TIC行业背景优先,有超额完成业绩记录
- Top-tier negotiation, communication and presentation skills. 谈判、沟通与演示能力出色
- Strategic thinker with strong analytics & problem-solving; digital marketing & lead-gen know-how preferred. 具备战略思维与数据分析、问题解决能力,熟悉数字营销与线索获取策略的优先
- CRM and sales analytics proficiency, self-driven. 熟练使用CRM及销售分析工具,自我驱动
