Job Description
The role of Territorial Account Manager (TAM) will be responsible for maintaining existing customers and developing new opportunities to achieve sales goals in their designated territory.

  • Achieve the agreed sales goals.
  • Maintain and expand market share of existing customers, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new customer and new business, especially new business opportunities from existing key accounts.
  • Analyze customer decision-making system, and build good relationship with key persons in different hierarchical level.
  • Identify customer demands, work together with technical departments to offer customized material and equipment solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources to resolve abnormal issues and deal with customer complaints.
  • Pay an eye on competition and collect necessary competitive intelligence.
  • Collect accounts receivable timely.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.
  • At least three years successful sales experience in industrial products, preferred with background of selling packaging materials, food equipment, or solutions.。
  • Excellent ability in identifying and seizing sales opportunities, and be good at making sales plan and pushing it forward.
  • Excellent ability in dealing with customers, could build smooth and close business relationship with middle managers of customers, and have initial ability of communicating with their top management.
  • Mature professional character, good professional quality, good teamwork and collaboration skills.。
  • Good English, must be able to read and write. Good command of office software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently.
