International Technical Sales Manager

Location: Guangzhou Headquarters (training & coordination), with regular overseas assignments in target markets

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious International Market Technical Sales Manager to spearhead our global market expansion. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with business acumen to build distributor networks, develop new markets from the ground up, and drive international sales growth. This is a high-impact position offering both challenge and opportunity—ideal for professionals eager to grow into future regional or international leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and expand new international markets by identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding qualified distributors.


• Design and execute regional marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market visibility.


• Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and end customers, providing both technical and commercial support to ensure continuous growth.


• Understand customer needs in depth and consistently achieve personal sales targets.


• Organize and host visits for overseas clients to the company's headquarters, demonstrating technical and corporate strengths.


• Build connections with local universities, research institutions, and industry experts to establish a strong technical support network that supports market development.

Qualifications


• Master's or Ph.D. in
Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Swine, Ruminant, or Poultry Nutrition
.


• Graduate of an overseas university; experience in target markets (Europe, North America, Southeast Asia) is a plus.


• Open to outstanding fresh graduates; 1–2 years of relevant technical or sales experience is advantageous.


• Strong technical understanding and ability to quickly grasp and explain complex product concepts.


• Fluent in English and/or the local language of the target market (Mandarin proficiency required).
