Core Objective
Be responsible for the full-cycle operation of overseas social media accounts, enhance Yida Technology's brand awareness in Singapore and Southeast Asian markets, attract potential customers, and empower business growth.
Key Responsibilities
(I) Content Creation & Distribution
- Plan and create diversified, high-engagement content such as graphics, videos, and infographics to convey brand value, product advantages, and industry insights.
- Ensure consistency across all content in terms of brand tone, style presentation, and localized expression.
(II) Community Management & Engagement
- Act as the official brand representative to proactively engage with global followers, influencers, and potential customers on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and industry-specific platforms.
- Foster a positive and active community atmosphere, respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner, and drive social interactions into business opportunities.
(III) Data Analysis & Optimization
- Regularly monitor and analyze key social media performance indicators to produce professional reports.
- Continuously optimize content strategies and campaign performance based on data insights.
(IV) Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and sales teams to transform materials such as product launches, customer success stories, and industry reports into effective social media content.
(V) Trend & Competitor Insights
- Keep abreast of the latest social media platform trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Track competitor dynamics and provide forward-looking operational recommendations to the team.
Requirements
(I) Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, Journalism, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in overseas social media marketing within the B2B enterprise services or SaaS industry.
- Proficient in LinkedIn and X (Twitter) operation strategies, with in-depth understanding of the rules and best practices for Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Near-native proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, capable of independently creating authentic English marketing content.
- Excellent content creation skills and visual aesthetics; proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Skilled in using social media management and data analysis tools.
- Data-driven mindset, able to independently analyze data and guide operational decisions.
(II) Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of building an overseas social media system from scratch or successfully operating and promoting content.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
Strong interest and certain understanding of AI, LLM, and Agent tracks.
