该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1. 对设备故障诊断和维修提供现场指导和支持,避免或最大限度缩短设备停机时间,保证生产 Guide and support the onsite equipment fault diagnosis and repair, avoid or shorten down time of equipment to utmost, so as the ensure the production 2. 根据设备相关维修记录,分析设备故障原因,针对性的编制设备保养计划,并保证计划保质保量完成。 Based on the related repair records, analyze the failure cause of equipment, tailor the equipment maintenance plan and ensure the implementation of the plan with good quality and right quantity. 3. 掌握备品备件市场,了解应急备品备件的替代及改造信息,制定各类设备备件备品的需求计划,采取措施(例如备品备件维修,找寻替代品等),减低维修成本。 Master the spare parts market, know the replacement and transform information of the emergency spare parts, compile the demand plan of all kinds of equipment spare parts, take actions (spare parts maintenance , look for the substitute ), lower the maintenance cost.
- 完善能量源控制管理(LOTO),并监督维修组成员落实执行。 5. 编制设备应急预案,针对关键设备可能出现的突发故障制定针对性的应急措施,避免因故障造成的生产中断。 Draft the equipment emergency plan, compile the pertinent emergency measures for the key equipment and avoid production interruption caused by failure. 6. 协助上级完善设备组的管理,制定或完善设备管理相关文件(例如操作指导书,设备点检、TPM等);收集和维护数据库,对各类设备维修的技术文件及资料信息的数据进行审核、备份、整理归档。 编制各类报告,以保证设备组的管理稳定,持续发展。 Support superior to optimize the management of maintenance team, compile or update the documents that equipment management related (operation instruction, equipment inspection, TPM etc.) collect and maintain the database, compile different kinds of report, to ensure the stable management of maintenance team, and sustained development.
7.根据设备故障统计分析,制定TPM推行计划,并组织车间实施。 Implement TPM in workshop 8.协助其他部门,包括参与设备验收;产品质量问题分析;审核发现整改等。 Support other dept. including participating the equipment check and acceptance, analysis quality problem of products; correct the findings founded in audit 9.完成新BOM的上线程序配置工作,以及完成相关附属设备对应软件和硬件的调整,协助相关部门确定新的工艺参数,以满足OTS和PPAP的生产。 9. Complete the configuration of the new BOM application on the assembly line and complete the adjustment of the corresponding software and hardware for related auxiliary equipment, assist the relevant departments to determine the new process parameters, to meet the production of OTS and PPAP. 任职要求: 1. 3年以上相关工作经验 3+ years related working experience
