  • Responsible for the pre-sales technical support of Raman spectroscopy products, providing professional technical support to the sales team and assisting in achieving sales targets.
  • Have a deep understanding of the technical principles and product characteristics of Raman spectroscopy, accurately answer customers' technical questions, and assist the sales team in exploring and guiding customer needs.
  • Cooperate with the sales team to participate in customer communication, including technical exchanges and solution explanations, and provide customized Raman spectroscopy solutions based on customers' application scenarios.
  • Be responsible for writing pre-sales technical documents related to Raman products, such as technical papers, solution manuals, and product technical specifications, ensuring the professionalism and accuracy of the documents.
  • Assist the sales team in marketing activities and provide technical support, such as participating in industry exhibitions and seminars, to enhance the market influence of the products.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal R&D, production and other departments, timely feedback customers' technical needs and market trends, and provide timely technical information support to the sales team.
  • Continuously learn the cutting-edge technologies and industry trends in the field of Raman spectroscopy, constantly improve their own technical professionalism, and provide better technical support services to the sales team.
  • Collect and sort out the technical information and market trends of competitors in the industry, analyse the advantages and disadvantages of competitors, and provide technical references for the sales team's differentiated competition.
  • Provide regular technical training for the sales team to improve the sales staff's mastery of Raman product technical knowledge and support the development of sales work.
  • Provide technical supporting for Cross BU training and collaboration
  • Develop and leverage key customer networks in line with business strategy 【Person Specification】
  • Master's degree or above in Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Optical Engineering, Analytical Instrumentation or related majors.
  • Preferably a PhD, but relevant work experience will be considered.
  • At least 2 years of Raman or confocal optical microscopy experience
  • Strong technical background and the ability to draw from this when interacting with customers, designing experiments, or troubleshooting. Proficiency in English.
