Job Description:

  • Responsible for recruiting local overseas employees and core business lines for the company, ensuring the completion rate of core position recruitment and overall recruitment completion rate;

  • Has strong precision search ability and can conduct long-term and accurate recruitment for target companies and industries.

  • Strong mapping and social recruitment skills, with strong network resources in the industry; Regularly research industry development trends, collect talent information within the industry, and establish a talent pool.

  • Construction and optimization of recruitment channels, empowering channels, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the activity and output of channels; Manage and promote innovation in recruitment channels, and continuously explore new recruitment methods using new concepts and platforms.

  • Talents have strong judgment and are proficient in using behavioral interviews and various assessment tools to evaluate candidates during interviews.

  • Analyze key recruitment data, optimize recruitment processes, and improve recruitment efficiency.

Job requirements:

  • Full time undergraduate degree or above, English can be used as the working language

  • At least 3 years of work experience in overseas recruitment or local HRbp recruitment, familiar with the IT industry, and have their own channel resources and in-depth understanding of mid to high end talent recruitment.

  • Excellent management, social, and negotiation skills can effectively expand and maintain recruitment channels.

  • Familiar with human resource management related business, proficient in professional knowledge and skills in human resource planning and allocation methods, job analysis, competency modeling, talent assessment, recruitment interviews, etc.
