Key tasks and responsibilities:

1-Business management, risk management and operative management of Auramarine Asia Ltd

  • Profit and loss responsibility of the company
  • Development of the operation and company profitability
  • Strategy development together with Group Management team and strategy execution in China

2-Customer relationship management

  • Ensuring the quality of customer satisfaction
  • Processing customer feedback and deviations of the company and communicating in an active way to ensure information flow inside the whole Company Group.

3-Managing the Company Asia processes

  • Reviewing the input received from Quality Objects (from internal and external stakeholders), Improvement list (risk assessment, internal and external audits, Management System Reviews) and KPI's
  • Responsibility of agreed improvement actions while considering priority of the targets and needs of the organization

4-Reporting

  • Monthly reporting (KPI's) in Management Team, analyzing the reports and responsibility of needed actions

5-Management and leadership

  • Leading the Management Team of Auramarine Asia Ltd in accordance with the Group company procedures
  • Resource, performance and workload allocation, management of the employment lifecycle
  • Ensuring the team operates in accordance with consistent practices
  • Wellbeing management
  • HR responsibility of the company

6-Responsibility of organizational culture

  • Highlight and visualize the values, practices and working methods of the company in daily communication
  • Implementation of the agreed management style of the company
  • Promote the positive communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote the appreciation of people, teams and departments

Education and Professional Experiences:

  • Relevant academic background MSc level
  • Substantial working experience in director position with profit and loss responsibility
  • Relevant experience in production and manufacturing
  • Clean track record in terms of performance and people management and development, good social eye
  • Goal-oriented approach to work and strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced operating environment
  • Good communication skills in managerial work both within the organization and towards other stakeholders
  • Culture knowledge of China
  • A customer-oriented mindset in everything we do, a proactive and practical way of working, and effective problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin skill is a benefit
