Job Responsibilities
As the company's comprehensive reserve talent for business operations, your development path will include both the vertical expert track (P-series) and the management track (M-series). Additionally, the company offers horizontal rotation opportunities across multiple roles such as Product Manager, Pre-sales Consultant, and Project Delivery Consultant.
-Product Manager
1.Participate in the innovation and design of software/hardware products, product definition and value analysis, as well as competitor analysis and product improvement.
2.Track the progress of product R&D and testing, define hardware acceptance criteria, conduct product acceptance and launch, and collect and analyze product usage issues.
3.Maintain and manage product-related documents and materials.
4.Provide training and answer inquiries for the pre-sales, sales, and channel teams.
-Pre-sales Consultant
1.Engage directly with clients, adopt a customer-centric approach, provide pre-sales technical support for the sales team, present solutions to clients, address client inquiries, and ultimately facilitate project closures.
2.Independently design solutions for warehouse automation projects, including requirement exploration, data analysis, layout design, process design, and preparation of project proposals or bidding documents.
3.Participate in the capability building of the corporate pre-sales center, including (but not limited to) the compilation and organization of standardized products, tools, and materials.
-Project Delivery Consultant
1.Be responsible for the implementation of intelligent warehouse system projects, including project research, business blueprint design, functional requirement document writing, system configuration, data preparation, user training, and launch support—ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
2.Communicate project requirements to the R&D team and track the progress of project software development and testing.
3.Lead the resolution of issues on-site during the project joint debugging and launch phases to promote the efficient delivery of projects.
4.Maintain effective communication with clients during project implementation to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
5.Summarize experience from the project process, develop internal training documents and industry project sharing materials based on the project, and proactively participate in internal training or development experience exchanges within the project team to enrich the company's implementation methodology.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science and engineering; priority will be given to candidates majoring in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2.Strong learning ability, with the ability to identify requirements, discover problems, and solve problems.
Excellent communication skills, expression skills, and team collaboration spirit; proficient in critical thinking and problem identification.
3.Interest in robots, automated equipment, and the warehouse logistics industry; priority will be given to candidates with internship experience in the logistics and warehousing industry or related to AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles).
4.Preference for candidates willing to travel for work.
5.Proficiency in at least one foreign language (English, Japanese, or other minor languages) in addition to Chinese, with good listening and speaking skills to support normal business communication; priority will be given to candidates with overseas study experience.
