Job Description
Position Summary
Focus on industrial applications business development of designed regions, especially for the high value applications cover a wide range of industrial segments including but not limit the DCC/Electronics cooling, Internet data center, HPC, High speed server, storage, transmission telecommunication R/D center and its remanufacturing factory, Industrial Equipment, Appliances, Medical, Aftermarket as well as its remanufacturing factory, build customer relationship of maintenance.

Essential Functions

  • Acquisition and development of customers with high-value applications within designated region(s), to alignment with the MAS team strategies
  • Pricing and operational margin development of regional accounts
  • Responsible for negotiations with pricing, margin development and customer contracts
  • Execution of the different application sales activities supported by Application Management
  • Verification of customer specific requirements and responsible for the compliance with variety industry standards, IATF16949 and ISO 14000 norms
  • Development of key accounts regionally and globally coordinated with all other regions (volume, pricing, new projects, local support, etc.)
  • Understands markets and identifies additional business potentials on Global/regional level
  • Implementation of the marketing strategy and objectives
  • Proactive market research for market requirements and future products and communication of relevant information
  • Provides technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives.
  • Sells technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product.
  • Research customer technical specifications and requirements with current or potential technical specifications of company products.
  • Prepares and conducts technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.
  • Develops potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements. Prepares sales forecasts. Investigates new applications or improvements to products with customers.
  • Monthly reporting about sales development with detailed explanation of substantial deviations
  • Use SF system to manage the daily sales activities and information sharing.
  • Regular report to line Manager with business updates and account / project information.
  • Effective communication and close work between customers and internal company.
  • Working with stakeholders including but unlimited to regional application management dept. All functional team within sales dept. (incl. Sales admin., CS, Logistics, PTC/AEC, etc.) Intercompany sales counterparts and operation team
  • Distribution channel development and management
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Knowledge、Skills And Abilities

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent English required.
  • Having design-in/spec in experiences with OEM/ODM
  • Fully acquainted with tiers supplier of DCC industry chain
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Proactive, thinking out of box.
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Willing to build up and could afford business travelling.
  • Have license and good at driving.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical or engineering is preferable.
  • Have 5 years plus sales experience in related industry.
