About Your Team
The Change Management function owns the centralised Change Management process for Technology and ensures a standardised implementation across all systems for efficient and prompt Change request handling to minimise risks to the Production environment. The team also administers change control over non-production environments. The team works in close coordination with other Technology and Business teams across Asia Pacific, Canada, India, and EMEA regions.
About Your Role
This role is core to the successful day to day operational running of change management. This role will attend and lead CAB, taking a considered approach to assessment of risk and business continuity, change impact, change conflicts and approval. This role will recommend and be a part of improvements to automate and streamline changes to better serve the teams which use the process, and be a point of contact for teams who may have a query. This role will also assist with the monitoring of our healthscores, dashboards and quality controls to help address and identify issues that need to be addressed. Finally the role also engages with various other practices within Service Management such as SACM, Problem and Incident Management.
About You
You have a good understanding of Change both as a process and also from a workflow perspective in ServiceNow. Coupled with a good understanding of risk, controls, audit and compliance you are able to understand the desired outcome of changes and help our teams ensure they maintain high change success rates of good quality without causing incident. You are comfortable leading effective CAB meetings. You have a good knowledge of the capabilities of ServiceNow and are comfortable suggesting improvements to both the workflows, platform and process to improve our ways of working.
