Delivery of GC reward and mobility infrastructure activities and projects to support business growth in terms of employees' compensation and benefits perspective.

Your day to day

  • Work with reward leader, to lead or play a critical role on reward and mobility infrastructure activities such as annual merit & bonus process, job evaluations, salary survey and market data update, benefits scheme review and vendor management, Reward policy review and update, expatriate management and other C&B projects as required. Ensure decisions are executed/processed in a timely manner.

  • Consult with regional leadership teams to identify current issues and gaps within the Reward function while providing day to day support regarding employee pay issues, policies, salary guidelines, employment law requirements, to ensure consistency with established pay philosophy and strategy.

  • Assist Reward leader to conduct complex analyses related to compensation issues, such as survey data analysis, incentive cost modelling, merit budgeting, impact analysis, etc. and provide recommendations regarding policy/program revisions to management to ensure the Company's competitive posture is maintained.

  • Participate in the development and revision of annual incentive plans for GC region to ensure regional/local reward effectiveness.

What we need from you

  • 5+ years of experience in C&B function or relevant experience with demonstrated understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position, including corporate reward and Mgmt consulting experience.

  • Proven end-to-end compensation & bonus program management experience, from design, calculation and operation.

  • Hands-on experience in benefits management; flexible benefits-related experience is a plus. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop structured analytical frameworks and generate insights.

  • Experience in compensation-related projects is preferred.

  • Good interpersonal skills, effective at communicating with both internal partners and external vendors.
